Shipping Policy:

Shipping is from Monday-Friday
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing time before receiving a tracking number
We are currently only shipping domestic orders within USA.
Once your package has been shipped and assigned a tracking number Multifaceted Beauty is not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen items. If there is an issue with your package please contact your mail carrier, USPS.
All products from Multifaceted Beauty are 100% natural, organic, gluten free and chemical free. Products are also free of sulfates, parabens, mineral oil, artificial dyes and silicones.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Our products are NOT tested by the FDA. Consult your physician before use.
